i think i'm feeling a bit better. i spent the whole night tossing and turning and having dreams that were variations on The Last Man (comic book). at some point today i started to get sick. i feel baaad.. gonna lie down.

but on and up note, i got to eat at the ONLY decent restaurant in my college's town. it just recently opened and was the house where we shot that holy hip hop music video this summer! heh. i had mashed yams with cinnimon & pecans and a vegetable sandwich.

i saw "mysterious skin" tonight and found it very good in some way. even though i liked "doom generation" ok when i was a teenager, i enjoyed this more, at this point in my life.

It says that SLSs, or sodium laurel/laureth sulfates can be very damaging! Since 99% of shampoos and soaps seem to have this stuff in it, I wanted to pass this along to you guys..
