Challenge 15: 2012: A Look Back

Big Moments for me in 2012 (click to enlarge)
1. Graduated from College
Even though I want to go back to college in 2013 (to get a certificate in Graphic and Web Design), I did graduate in 2012.
2. Saw Ted
Ted was neither my favorite nor least favorite movie. I did like it but what makes it significant for me is that it was the last movie I saw in theaters for what will probably be a long time.
3. Took a Writing Class
I always wanted to take a writing class and in 2012 I finally took the plunge. As nervous as I get sharing my writing, I actually read what I wrote twice and had a super fun time.
4. Got my first full time job
In the late fall of 2012 I got my first full time job (though I am still considered a temp which means I work 40 hours a week but I get a slightly lower pay + none of the benefits the actual full time staff gets). The woman in the photo is wearing a headset because my job is very phone heavy (basically customer service).
5. Got a psychiatric evaluation
I have had anxiety issues for my entire life but it took getting a job where people yell at me a lot to finally go seek professional help. Although I didn't start going to therapy until 2013, I did get my psychiatric evaluation done very late in 2012 and I'm glad I finally went.
