Summary: Roswell arrives in Edensphere, and someone is there to greet him.

The brunette was sitting on a chair, humming to herself while waiting for something to happen. She was quite pleased with herself about how very well the last greeting went and was looking forward to what this one would be like. Well, maybe not exactly looking forward to it, but she was in better spirits than usual and wasn't nearly as nervous as she could've been.
Who knew if the day that she wouldn't stutter at all would come?
Regardless, it was fairly late at night, which made the hall somewhat creepier than usual. Sure, that wasn't exactly the reason they had guards, but it made Iris feel that much safer anyway. The sound of wriggling, misshapen cocoons against the floor was pretty gross and sometimes startling. She wondered a little bit about other shifts and whether or not other greeters were always alone as she seemed to be.
And that was when she heard the distinct sound of cocoon liquid splashing or splattering as someone was born. She grabbed one of the prepared bundles and slowly headed off to find the newborn.
