Summary: A talk after the fires between Juliet and Fred sets the shinigami on the wrong path.

Juliet's appearance belied his true feelings. He looked neat, calm, wishing for a simple talk. As he waited for the woman, he tried to breathe deeply, to collect himself enough to speak to her.
It was so frustrating, that no one seemed to understand what he was saying. It made perfect sense, didn't they see? Fred was an intelligent woman, surely she'd help him. She had agreed with him about certain things being pushed aside, perhaps they could reason why the Sphere had been blind. Why no one had seen even the slightest indication of the massacre until it was upon them. And this twisting void that was filling drop by minicusle drop, but not fast enough to soothe him.
Sighing, he pushed a lock of hair behind his ear. At least it was a decent day.
