Youth was out and about as normal, not sure where he'd find the gray robber, but that wasn't his priority. He was looking for his journal, unsure about where it might have fallen out of his pocket. Maybe he shouldn't run with it on him, but since it was the way to communicate...
Of course, if he ran into the Gray Robber, he would certainly give chase.
Ever since that bell went off earlier that morning, he'd been a little afraid to leave the house. He didn't play this game, but it seemed he was forced to do so. The first plan was to find some comrades, some teammates to hide with him and avoid capture, and then... he didn't know. He just had to avoid the cops that were everywhere! This guy seemed weird.
"Excuse me...?" He finally said, his first time trying to speak leaving him in a hoarse croak. The throat did funny things when you spend the entire morning in silence. Stepping out of a nearby bush - one of many of his hiding spots - he addressed Youth. The gray domino mask was obscured the best he possibly could with his long black hair, even if it was annoying and got in his eyes sometimes, but it seemed to keep him somewhat safe.
"Are you on my team? I can't tell," he asked, hoping that he finally found a teammate this time.
Youth eyed the mask, a little surprised that someone hadn't been reading the journals enough to know the game yet. But he believed in playing fair; he wouldn't just reach out and tag the other man.
"I am not on your team. I am on the opposite team." Youth touched his hat. "This means that I am a cop and I am supposed to catch robbers. Your mask means that you are a robber and you are supposed to stay away from the cops. Would you like to play the game? I will give you a headstart if you need one!"
Perhaps he was a bit overconfident about his ability to chase and capture, but he'd been having fun and he'd proven that he was fast time and time again. Youth rather liked the chase, both sides of it.

He wasn't too upset at being left out of such a game, having been confined to the elevator for the past few... days, apparently.
He was, however, famished once the time he'd lost had caught up to him. Yet, once he'd entered the marketplace he was clad in the attire for the job, handcuffs clattering at his waist and cap upon his head. It didn't matter much to him; with his lack of sleep and energy, he'd rather avoid a grand chase, especially for the sake of a simple game.

Okay, so the last one didn't work out so well! With a sigh, Fugue melted into a crowd, trying to lose himself further. Who knows when that weird guy would be back? His search continued regardless. His team was probably captured, waiting for him to bust them out. Where was that jail...? He didn't remember, but he had to give that place a look and soon. The more he waited around, asking people, the less of a chance he probably had.
"Excuse me? Uh..." There was this blond guy he could ask. He looked a little tired, but Fugue hoped he had at least enough energy to answer him real quick. Wait! That'd just give him away, wouldn't it? Darn it!
Still, he had to try, and not leave this one hanging. "Where do people go when they're tagged? Do you know?"
