Summary: Unohana does some exploring and meets up with a familiar face.
Bastet was on her way back from the Yard Sale section of Stuff, Inc, having grabbed a new rug after Mugen had decided to get sick all over the one in her kitchen. She tucked the little green rug beneath her arm, intending on taking the Elevator back to her house. However, she paused as she hit the Access Point, wondering if she needed anything from the Bazaar while she was out.
Before she made up her mind, however, the elevator doors opened to reveal a familiar and welcome sight. Bastet's face broke into a smile, and she inclined her head briefly in a sign of respect and greeting.
Bastet didn't look very different than she had the last time she'd seen Unohana--her hair was longer, now. When left loose, it fell to her hips as opposed to her waist, as it had upon her arrival. Her face was also somewhat thinner; she rarely spoke of her various stresses to anyone, but they'd left their mark. Still, though, her welcome was genuine enough, and she wouldn't look odd to anyone who didn't know her other self.
"Unohana-taichou," she said, her voice warm. "I was hoping I'd get to see you again."
