Summary: Night's pretty sure, after a month-long process of elimination, that Marbles stole from the farmer's market till. Marbles isn't going down without a chase!
Everyone comes here eventually, right? Even thieves got hungry. This was why Night decided to camp out on the sturdy tarp overhanging one of the larger stands, binoculars to his eyes as he sought a specific individual.
It had been a month of tracking down who he or his co-workers remember being near the stand at all the day the money had been stolen, and most came away clean. Night wouldn't let the case lie, however- farmers didn't make too much, and whoever this dastardly person was, they shamelessly stole some of the livelihood from the co-workers he called friends. He was down to one suspect now... a girl he'd never met to the best of his knowledge.
So there he waited, turning his sights this way and that in search of someone in which he'd only been given a physical description. He'd been here for a couple of days now, his unicorn snoozing next to him.
Thieves always returned to the scene of the crime.
