Do you have the job postings for them? I know an awesome project manager who I think is looking. I'll forward the posting to him and see if it's a match.

An external link?

It's all in Flash (I really, really don't know why), so if they get frustrated, or don't see the posting on there (both possibilities), just use this. And you can send them my email of course.

I looked there but didn't see any PjM openings. Probably just not updated yet. I'll have him email you. His name is Haim Pomerantz. He was the best PjM I ever worked with at eBay. I was mortified when they laid him off (along with most of the permanent PjMs) and replaced them with contractors. He's awesome.

Zvents is hiring too (San Mateo). I normally wouldn't piggy back something like this, but there is no overlap. We are hiring:
1. QA Automation Engineer - using selenium
2. Director, Product Development
3. Network Systems Engineer
4. Channel Sales Manager (East Coast/Preferably NY)

No problem at all - you're good people there too :)

Continuing with the "good people, no overlap" theme, Edutopia also has a few positions. On the down side, this is in Marin (so a crappy commute to the peninsula / San Jose). On the up side, it's at Skywalker Ranch. Which is just fucking cool.

- Senior Editor, Education Content and Research
- Production Assistant
- Administrative Assistant
- Assistant Managing Editor

I would give an arm to work at Skywalker Ranch, if it weren't in fucking Marin!

Ooh, thank you for posting this -- I could be interested in the admin assistant position.

CASHNet (Alameda) is looking for more client support helpdesk folks. Good boss, good people, and you get to (or have to, depending on your perspective) work on my team. We're hiring people with some helpdesk/customer service/customer support experience for 6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm. Point resumes my way!

I know someone who is looking for a job and lives on the island. How much tech experience do you need for the help desk job. Lots of actual pc knowledge, or generally bright and pick things up easily will do ?

They would need to have previously held a job on a helpdesk (preferred) or in a customer service/support environment. Extensive experience in a university student accounts or bursar's office might be workable as well.

Hello! criollo pointed me over here. I live in Oakland near Alameda, and am looking for a job in support (which I have a lot of experience in). I have in fact already sent CASHNet a resume (on June 8th) so they may not be interested, but if you think it's worth sending it in again I'd be thrilled with any help you can offer!
