Has anyone been lucky enough to read "The Stone Pilot"? And if so, where Maugin and Twig really in love? Wikipedia seems to think so, but I never really saw "love" per se. More of an affection that sort of went nowhere, because Twig married Sinew...so, you know. Kinda went "kaput

As to Twig's marriage to Sinew... it is possible to have more love than one in all the time that we live.

-Twig actually loves Maugin but when he realizes he'll never see her again he decides to move on with his life n get some heirs, etc.
-He actually loves Sinew but its more a brother-sister love
-When he finds Maugin at Riverrise he drinks some water and becomes young again and they fulfill their epic romance!!!
How does that sound??

I haven't finished Midnight Over Sanctaphrax, but I don't think Twig and Maugin were in love, more brother sister type thing.

I currently have The Lost Barkscrolls on my hands. The following paragraph is from The Stone Pilot:
After many voyages and some great sorrows, I was proud, in turn, to repay some great debt I owed Quint by serving his son, Captain Twig, who I came to love with all my heart.
Now what kind of love this is, I don't know. I can't deny I'm a Twig/Maugin shipper, anyways.
