A great storm is brewing at the very edges of the Edge. Lighting is seen in the distance, rain pounds heavily onto the roves of houses and winds pick up, snatching up strays and sending them over the Edge. A more accurate description would, perhaps, be furious, and when Captain Storm Wolf was furious, anyone who knew her at all well knew to steer clear of her, which was why she was now alone, her crew drinking themselves stupid in the Bloodoak Tavern.
Earth and Sky! The sky pirate captain thought as she watched the rain pour down outside the room she was renting. At this rate, the sky ships might be lost from the Quays and the boom docks! I've never seen winds this strong.
Suddenly, her eyes widened in realization. If the winds picked up high enough to risk taking the sky ships tethered down at both Undertown docks, then that meant that the Stormchaser was in danger, too! Thunder cracked in the sky. Tegan gave a scream and hurried to the docks. Her breaths came in quick gasps. The mud on the ground clung to her pants. Her body became colder as the wind rushed over her, pushing her back. She fell to the ground with a thud.
The storm was getting worse by the minute. Tegan finally made it to the docks. Slipping on the mud, she collided with someone.

It was the Stormchaser, though, and so she ploughed on through stinging winds, icy rain and deafening thunder, shivering and cursing through chattering teeth as she fought not to lose her footing on the streets, most of them designed badly and flooding, or else thick with mud.
Eventually, however, she made it to the docks, and breathed a sigh of relief - only to have someone fall into her as they slipped on the mud. With reflexes honed through years of fights and raids, she caught hold of the figure, pulled them upright, with the intention of pinning them against a nearby wall.
It could be an innocent Undertowner (although the phrase in and of itself was all but an oxymoron) come to check on their ship, much as she had, or it could be a mugger hoping for an easy mark in the chaos of the storm.

The woman had a stern face, probably from the cold, yet Tegan knew that the woman was gentle and kind. She gave a smile. "Thank you," she said. She pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose. "May I ask who my rescuer's name is?"
She slipped her hands into her pocket, which were wet.
