80's movies are an exception. Plot-wise, 80's movies are great. haha, the wardrobes are shitty, haha, but the stories are good.

the 80s is the same as right now, it just turned into "hip-hop". funny ass music, with funny ass clothes and lifestyles. just like in the 80s. just watch a hip hop video, its so funny, yet ridiculous. everytime i watch one i luagh the whole way through. but yet a good percentage of america thinks thats what cool is.

that's a good point...and i know that years from now people are gonna think back and say "man, 2004 was an embarassing year" or "damn, they dressed stupid back then", but there's just something about the 80's that take the cake, haha. rappers are pretty embarassing too tho...no wonder the middle east hates us...they probably think that's how we all are. all bling bling and spinners.
