I just ordered three new books...I was bored and figured I'd check out amazon.com. After realizing that their prices are ridiculously lower than Barnes and Noble, I decided to order the following

Yeah...I actually haven't read willingly for the past 4 years. I just recently started reading again, and I'm reading sooooo much right now. My friends Corey and John also read quite a bit as well...they've been borrowing some of my books lately.

I've read The Communist Manifesto. We have a copy from the late 50's-early 60's that is actually stamped and signed by some government official, saying it's registered and not illegal.

Yeah, I was pretty sure you had read it. That's awesome about the copy you have tho. If a book has the possibility of being "illegal" then it's gotta be worth reading. I can see why they would have checked it though, especially during that time period...America has always had a fear of communism, and right after WWII I'm sure they were freakin' out about the fact that a book that lays the foundation for communism was being sold in the states.
