Great end of the year post! We share a lot of similarities in the movies and tv show areas on our 2010 lists :). I'm dying to see 'Malice in Wonderland' and 'Black Swan'. I heard some great things about those movies.

Thank you! :) Malice in Wonderland is a great, little movie, especially if you like weird movies, I watched it out of boredom and for Maggie Grace and it was so good! And Black Swan blew my mind, it's disturbing and mindfucking, but also so, so beautiful, a must see movie.

I read The Lace Reader this year, as well. So many great choices! I need to get on my list too at some point, but I haven't even finished watching all the movies I really want to see yet. Still have Inception and Black Swan to watch, and I want to rewatch The Social Network.

Also: We had a Book Festival in Albany in April and there were all of these authors there giving panels. Emily St. John Mandel was one of the authors on the literary fiction panel. I haven't read her myself, but she had a lot of really insightful things to say.

I was a little disappointed by The Lace Reader but I wanted to read it for a very long time so it still belongs to the most memorable books of 2010. I think I enjoyed Barry's other book much more. I still hope to see some movies but I don't think there will be anything that beats these eight :)

I'm SO jealous, I'd love to see her speak. You should read Last Night in Montreal if you get a chance, it's an amazing book.

Fabulous! I love how you've put it together, looks fabulous.

Have you read the Diesel book by Janet Evanovich? I had no idea she was starting another series, I just loaned it from the library, and my sister told me it was a series starter.

awww, thank you hon! <3

I did, it's a cute book, Steph plus some fantasy. The main character (Lizzy? can't remember her name, lol) is supposed to be very different from Steph but she's very similar. It was a fun read.

I don't normally like the between the numbers books, so it should be interesting! I think I'd rather more Metro Girl, which doesn't look like it's going to happen soon. I don't know, it's been a long time.
