Since your web site went down you haven't written much about your travels or selected experiences. I love to read your thoughts and insights into the things you observe and in which you participate. Your writing is articulate and the humor wry.

I've never been to Palm Springs but I do get a picture when I think of "the Hamptons of LA". I would think there are areas in Florida that have the same automotive traffic dynamics. Not a place to expect vehicular civility.

Be careful out there and keep the shiny side up ;)

I appreciate what you say about writing travel experiences. I stopped writing travel experiences when I switched from motorcycle to trailer. The whole dynamic changed and there wasn't that much to write.

Let's see how the LiveJournal experience changes this.
