Possible error in judgement...
I think I let my large batch of mead ferment too long. I had read different things from different places on how long to let it ferment, so I had been just checking every day or so to see how long between bubbles in the airlock. I was planning to taste it when it had slowed to around 25-30 seconds between bubbles. Well... I kinda forgot to check ( Read more... )
