Some of us have the misfortune of being hermits, what do you propose about that? Not everyone can be together with someone else, and not everyone wants to be, and honestly some people I wouldn't want to be within 10 meters of them.

It's not my position to put everyone in the city under lockdown or command them to remain with another individual. That won't keep me from advising that they take caution.

It would be much better to simply assume that people would have a little common sense and say nothing then to point out the misfortunes of the minority.
