I'm having issues with Summer Pointe. I paid rent early (on the 25th) because I would be out of town. There was an issue with my check so they left a copy of it with a note out (on the 30th) saying I needed to re-pay rent by the 1st. Which apartments did you live in??? Yeah, those speed bumps pretty much suck balls. I'm on the end where I basically have to drive over ALL of them!

I was at the end too. I lived in 1107 apartment 4? I think? I was only there 2 months, but that was long enough!

I lived there my sophomore year at 1129. They used to send us really harsh "you did not pay rent" notices, even if we had - among a litany of other sins. They probably just sent you that notice b/c they didn't communicate what happened to the whole office. It's a pain, but I bet it will be cleared up by just talking to them.

The big upside to that place was that in the apartments next to trees, you could sit on the roof.

It is my understanding that it is under new management now. This is really the only problem I've had since August...I came home and didn't see a fun little letter, so I'm hoping its fixed.
