ohh, this is fantastic :D i've really been getting into baking/cooking since at uni, and making home-made bread on my own was on my list of next experiments to try out, so i'm delicious'ing this entry :D

out of curiosity, how big does the loaf end up being? like, how many days does it take you to finish it?

Ahaha.. ahahahaha... ahaha... It took me and the three other people in my house less than four hours to eat that loaf.

And yay! Baking is good....... *plots to post more and more recipes and drive your 'delicious'ing off board*

Oh! and be very, very careful with the liquid-- the milk, in this case. Add 1 1/2 cups first, then try adding more gradually. You do NOT want batter, you want dry-ish dough.

actually. try 1 cup first, more only if you can't get a gathered lump of dough...
