Finish what you started. it's only another year or two. Even if you completely change your direction when you're finished, you will have done it from the crossroads, not mid-leg. Your //sense// of accomplishment will carry you even if the consequences of your accomplishments don't.

Better to regret what you did, than what you didn't do. Better to question your judgment at the outset, where ignorance is unavoidable, than to question your resolve on the journey, where regret will be unamendable. It's easier to forgive someone who underestimated the requirements of learning something they didn't understand than it is someone who gave up before they truly mastered the it - including yourself. Ignorance is temporary; but self-doubt is forever.

Kick it's ass BEFORE you flip it the bird and walk away. :)

The traveling and spending a few years in other countries, but always keeping Vancouver as the home base you return to, sounds great. I would really like that as I have been gone for 3 years now (although with yearly visits) and I am really missing Vancouver and all it has to offer and of course my freinds and the burner scene. So if you can do that, I think that would be the best thing to do.

PS, If your not too busy to read and reply to emails, Id like to email you, but I dont have your address.
