Shoes obligingly reduced. Have ordered. Am not sure who this girly person is that has taken over and wants to make me all frilly, but as I do not currently own a single pair of shoes that I can wear with a skirt and that fits me, it is not that insane. Honestly. It is my feet's fault for WTF GROWING

ok this is going to sound nuts, but: I try to remind myself that you write is separate from who you are... I don't know who it is who thinks up stuff but it isn't me. I pretend it's some positive shared life force stuff. is that insane? anyway it makes writing slightly less awful.

the world needs more writing of all sorts. what you write comes out different from everyone else so nobody can say it but you, and your writing is part of the world's joint work of creation and stuff?
