Super Bowl Sunday
I have been watching football since before I can remember. My grandfather is in the Wisconsin High School Coaches Hall of Fame, for both football and basketball, and I am sure that I was attending his football games before I could walk. I have never been into sports but J and others in my life have taught me to respect sports fandom and to recognise (with some sports) the tribal nature of its fans. Because I never followed sports I was never a Packers fan (heresy!) but I was never *not* a Packers fan either--and although to this day I know nothing about the game I am happy to pledge passive, uninformed support purely on the basis of being from Milwaukee. So yay!!
