So the two graduate classes I'm taking are trundling along and my classmates are fun and interesting, my students are for the most part pretty good, the haunt opened last week, and my online class for Far Away University just started last week

My god that Far Away University face-to-face class sounds godawful. I'm glad you're not teaching it either.

We're on fall break! I slept for almost 11 hours last night. I must have needed it like whoa because I am still tired and kind of want to go to bed right now, too.

But yay fun? My grad class I'm teaching had their first exam.. two weeks ago now? Yes. I honestly thought that once you started teaching upper-level courses you stopped going "What? No!" when you graded exams...

Doesn't it though? The classes are a bit big too--capped at 35, I think, and my sections got 30 with 2 no-gos. It also, however, pays better than the other schools I teach for, so. That's a thing.

Sleeping is good! I've been trying to do it too.

That sounds absolutely awful. But yay for better pay. Sort of. That's kind of a trade-off.

It's been marvelous. I don't actually want to start school again tomorrow.

I shit you not, I had a student write "...probably venomous due to the shape and structure of the teeth. It was one of the earliest beaked birds." But. no. You can't have a beak and teeth. T_T

I am finishing up my fall break! except I had to work all of it. bleh.

i have wanted to write fic but same reasons. except for this one fic that was supposed to be meaningless self-indulgent porn but all of these feelings happened. not sure how that happened.
