Without happiness, love cannot exist for long. If you are happy, you don't seek love. If you aren't, you'll eventually change everything, including the person whom you are supposed to be in love with in order to become happy. Love can create happiness, but when it doesn't or when happiness is not present, love dies.

It took the death of an six-year relationship for me to realise that.
