Walking to Rivendell: End of Week 173

On time two weeks in a row! Take that, Sir Entropy!

Well, we lost red_lynx, but slightlymadmom is back! Oddly enough, there is now nobody walking to Rivendell -- red_lynx was the last one. I should really re-do my little poem, but since I don't have time this week, you'll have to put up with the old one for a while. Also also, losing a walker means our average mileage ( Read more... )

My double shield was last week, now no shield at all this week. At least I beat my average mileage by a hair. I cut back on the biking this week because my back has been bothering me. I think I overdid it at the end of June.

Did you say lovely Mines of Moria? Sounds good if I can find a way in. I hope the entrance is well marked.

My mileage was apparently over 9 weeks...I did write down a bunch of exercise (and I remembered every single mile I ran!), but I added 10 miles at the end for good measure. So who knows. I could be lying my way to Minas Tirith ;-) But I'm happy to be on my way again...
