i'm just so frustrated right now... this is a low weight for my height (at 136 i'm considered underweight) so i'm sure that my body is fighting losing weight b/c it's trying to be all "naturally healthy" and shit... stupid body and biology... lol hopefully things will change soon... i'm feeling extremely determined right now, so we'll see... i'm hoping things get better....

I think you're onto something. Since you're already underweight and exercising hard, your body may be bucking weight loss and hoarding calories by doing things like reducing your body temperature or making you sleepy. It's possible that if you found a suitable combination of healthy foods, your metabolism might relent. It's counter intuitive, but consuming more calories might allow you to lose weight from the exercise.

i know, but it's so hard to eat "normally" it feels like i'm pigging out and being just so gross and digusting... the consumption of food is just repulisive to me.... a weakness almost... an uncontrollable impulse that i hate and which to rid myself from but can't.... it's tough :/

You too, sunshine. You may be forcing your body to hoard calories. Allow yourself a few more calories, so your body can return to normal, if slow, weight loss. And, slow weight loss is ever so much better than no progress at all, right?

10 miles I am seriously impressed. I max out at like 20 minutes, but I'm trying...
