I'm on hour 26 of my liquid fast... but i'm not going to talk about it, because that usually jinxes me and i fuck it all up. so, i'm just going to go with it... hope you are all doing well! <3

i don't care if it's safe or not, i want to lose weight!
i've had coffee and a fruit smoothie and my vitamins, so i'll be fine :)

Hmmm... At least, there's some calories and protein in the smoothie. How long does this liquid fast last?

i have no idea... as long as i can go :) i have some fruit at my apartment so at least if i break the liquid fast, i'll stick with negative calorie foods (that's the plan at least!)
