First of all, I want to commend you on not purging. Actually, no, I'm going to thank you. It's so good to hear something positive, so thank you!

Make counting calories difficult. If doing it becomes tedious and hard to keep up with, you'll eventually stop. And because you've raised your standards so high as to what you're counting, you won't want to go back to just counting calories alone. Let me explain:
I got to the point where I was jotting down everything; the time I ate, what I ate, the exact measurements of said food, and not only the calories, but grams of protein, fiber, fat, and sugar. It got so tiring that after a while I stopped completely. At the time I didn't even think it would've been possible to do that, but I did, so it's possible.
