A Free Iraq

Well, Iraq has done something many people thought would never happen today.  I can't say how proud I am of our country and theirs.  An entire country, millions and millions of people were able to take part in a democratic process that we ourselves take for granted.  Iraq had a 61% voter turnout, and it wasn't just Shiites, Sunnis voted in large ( Read more... )

Funny thing about those approval numbers. Bush actually has the highest of the lowest approval ratings of presidents in the last twenty years. Clinton himself had a 37%. But it would be too hard for the mainstream media to show a list of each president's lowest approval rating. Oh the horror of actually doing five minutes of research. No, no that wouldn't allow them to paint a narrow, distorted, biased picture.

Good point. Even my beloved FoxNews says the poll numbers are really low, no mention of past presidents. At least not that I've seen. Of course, the Clinton News Network wouldn't mention it. ;-)
