I am one very blessed girl.
Warning - lots of photos. Might take a while to load.
Part I -
First, I was whisked away to Amish country, PA. Complete with horse drawn carriages and covered bridges.
..And the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in.
Then it was off to the Strasburg Railroad.
My camera likes to malfunction. Josh, the whisk-er. :)
I was really digging the lines.
And then we got lost in the Amazing Maize Maze, which I have been talking about for a month.
That face should be much more excited.. It's supposed to take 2 hours to complete all of the tasks, get all of the clues, and find your way out. We did about half of that in the same amount of time. What a blow to the ego! I fully blame exhaustion.
How cute are we?
Part II -
I decided I wanted to cash in my three year old high school graduation present from my uncle: one jump from a plane.
First we watched a video where a talking head explained how dangerous it was, blah, blah, blah.
Then we signed over our lives. And I made a few calls.
This is my out-of-focus instructor. My uncle and brother nicknamed him Fabio because he was tall, dark, and Brazilian.
The three of us, all strapped in and ready to go.
13,500 feet. 2.5 miles. Here I go...
It sure does look like I'm having a good time, doesn't it?
This is at about 4,000 feet.
Part III - This is one of the parts I'm missing photos of. I'm also missing photos of family and blowing out candles because they're on film. So, anyway.. Mara and Chris' cameras will have to flesh out this part a little bit. Because I think I remember being in a whole lot more photographs..
Dinner at Yaffa. A Mara and an Alex.
Chris with the best meal he's had in the past 6 months.
Me and the obligatory newly-turned-21-year-old-with-a-drink-photo. :)
And that's how I started my 22nd year. What more could a girl want?
