In 4th grade my mom was driving me and a bunch of friends for a field trip and a turkey flew out of the woods and hit us. Felt like an asteroid and smashed the front windshield to pieces. Damn those turkeys. And other random birds I suppose.

We had to pull over and wait for another mom to pick us up and my mom had to wait for a tow truck. One of the redneck moms pulled over, got the turkey and took it back to school so my mom could take her picture with it, hahah.
