So, I actually sat and watched the ending of Gundam 00 on my TV (instead of being lazy and downloading it later). I can't help but be a little disappointed... I dunno what I was expecting, but I was kinda hoping it would be a little more...Geass epic. But it wasn't bad, and there were some neat little touches I only understood because I was bored

As far as I know, they're using the plot that's been going on in the 00F manga as a background for the new movie, so they're not going to come up with a brand new story, just expanding on the side stories.

I heard there were director-related problems with the Geass movie, but I'm not sure.

Okay. Well, if you're like me and illiterate, it means it's new to you! ...er, me. er, at least it's not the same thing I just watched 50 episodes, just with fewer bits on the characters I care about.

...There was to be a Geass movie??? What could they possibly do (but a clipshow)?

There is going to be a Geass movie! I have no earthly idea how they'll manage that I can imagine them dragging the series director kicking and screaming, though.
