I'll agree with the other folks who've said that not posting about it doesn't mean we're ignoring it, just that we're not writing about it in this forum. It's equally important to have a forum for personal topics as it is to have one for global issues, and one forum doesn't necessarily have to serve both purposes.

And my opinion is really just that both sides of this conflict need to sent to their rooms without supper until they can behave like adults. This is purile behavior and serves no reasonable purpose.

I have been debating throwing my LJ hat into the ring for this. I have friends on both sides of the issue, and with everything in my life falling apart, I'm not sure I have the energy for this fight here in LJ land.

I use a different blog for prodding, not coddling...lj is the home with friends, the other is the public face.
