Hi. Hope you're having a nice summer! I would like to be on your friends list so that I can find out what I'm in for when Beniston et al boot me over to Germany for a year. Especially if, as now, I feel that my spoken capabilities are getting worse, not better. :s
Hallo Mattius (if you don't mind...!). You're already added, so worry not. And I feel the same way about my German, which is hardly promising, but I'm sure it'll be just fiiine when I get there next year.
I agree. I am much more confident speaking Danish, despite starting from scratch at UCL. But we did do 5 hours a week (mainly speaking) of Danish language in the first year, and 3 hours a week of the same in the second year. Take a course taught in German if you can this year, especially if it's taught by Susie K - I wish I had now.
Hey, would you be so kind and add me to your friendlist? I just recently learned that you are doing scandinavian studies and soon will be moving to Odense, and that aroused my interest : )

They don't focus enough on speech practice at UCL, for German at least. I find it annoying.

I saw that you're in Odense now, and I was an exchange student at Katedralskolen last year, so I thought it'd be cool to friend ya.

Do I have to get Livejournal to read your blog? You must know how lazy I am...
