tigerclaw is in the hospital for kitties right now. she has been throwing up since yesterday, and all through the night. brian is such a good person, he called the vet right when he got up to get her in, found a way to get off, and took her in. i guess she swallowed a piece of string, and it is wrapped around her tongue, and leads down her throat.

Oh no! Poor tigerclaw! That's so scary. Maebe did something similar over the summer ... she ate about ... oh FIVE hair ties. Doctor thought it was a bunch of string, so i had to force feed her hydrogen peroxide to get her to throw it up. It took hours and hours and hours of traumatizing that cat to get her to throw up. It was horrible. But she was fine. And I'm sure tigerclaw will be okay, too. I will say this though ... having to be hyper-vigilant about hair ties and other such things has really helped keep our place clean. Hang in there, lady.
