well thank you...i will take being piratey as a compliment. and nope, no advertising classes...i cant take the others that i need until upper-division :(

Being pirately is always a compliment. What exactly is your major? Cos I'm just taking advertising courses like crazy... I don't have an advertising advisor though... so that's why. :S

my major is advertising, but im actually going to pick up a double major for next spring! i'm going to apply for the creative sequence in adv and then im going to also do studio art: drawing and transmedia. im so excited! you really dont need to take all those advertising courses...the only one that matters in undergrad is 318J. the others will only count as electives, because in the advertising degree plan, you need 6 additional hours in communications but outside of advertising...i took an RTF class last semester and next semester ill be taking photojournalism!!!

ahh! Your classes sound so exciting- thats the only thing I hate about the school here- there are no electives- everything is according to plan.. plan.. plan. The only thinkg you get to pick is your languages, haha i tired learing French in Polish- didnt work- so im going to try to learn Italian in Polish- next year, how exciting! Jessi
