Substitute brown rice syrup for honey so it's vegetarian.

There's also a really good pre-made sesame ginger marinade made by Lawry's of all places; it's vegan and made of fairly food-like ingredients. I sometimes use that to save time.

It also has a really snazzy bag. I don't know where she got it, and it doesn't seem to be that popular -- googling mostly brings up that one that's shaped like a giant Hello Kitty head.
