Oy. I realize it may or may not be true, and if it's natural that it lends itself to not being wrong, but I can't help feeling almost slandered. It's support for the idea that women are more impure than men, and we've been fighting that undercurrent for...eons? >.
you know, it's actually sort of interesting...on the one hand, yeah. It's pretty insulting, in that it says women just want to sex apes. But, at the same time, it is in line with "sexual liberation." No one would have published, or thought to publish, this back in the '40s or '50s - it's research that could only be done once people start to aknowledge women's sexuality.
These kinds of studies always give strange results, though. There was a (dutch, maybe) study a couple of months back that did the same test on an assortment of straight/bi/gay men, and found that, essentially, very few of them actually had response to gay porn, while almost all of them had a response to straight porn. !Viva la boobies!
