by the time we saw all the other cars it was too late. the entire express way was blocked with already wrecked cars. it was raining, my mom hit the brakes, the car didn't slow up for a second and we hydroplaned into the mass of other cars. i saw something terrible about to happen and there was absolutely nothing that either one of us could do about ( Read more... )

Eliza, since no one has mentioned it yet, I think I will (and it would be typical that it would be the first thing I think about after I figured out you're okay...which is great.). Don't worry yourself at all over the missed "Chorus Line" opportunity. I think it can be a real difficult start to a college actor's career to do the very first show possible. It gives you an opportunity to get really comfortable in college life, and it allows you to get a very firm foothold (or in your case, grip) on the difficulty of college courses. And of course, healing well is a top priority for a future musical theatre dynamo since you WILL be dancing on that bent stem eventually...so, the silver lining of this cloud is that it will provide you (whether you like it or not ;-) with some much needed rest. Also, for the next couple of months, your schedule will be open enough to visit (and welcome visits from) your friends, making the transition to higher education significantly easier. For a very different reason, I was not able to participate in ( ... )

thanks ben. you always make me feel better. not physically you know, because it still hurts quite a bit, but you know what i mean.

firm foothold (or in your case, grip) - hahaha i like that.

hahah- thats like one of the funniest wreck stories ever! leave it to you to laugh about the situation- your just awesome cuz you can laugh about anything. I love the mental image of all these people sitting in their cars thinking..."whew, that was a close one.." then BAM, a charging Bonet car smashes them in. lololol i love it i must say. Its like a charging rhino. I mean, what do you do??? you can't stop it and if you're in the way well that sucks for you. Thats good that you won't go back so soon though, maybe i'll get to see you like i tried to the last time you left. Hope you feel better and laugh some more- it always helps. Till next time, love, rhinos, and wheelies!

damn girl. i'm really glad you and your mom are okay! it's great that you have so much humor about it all, but i know how much it must be sucking right now. but, as you have pointed out, there are some upsides! i'm sure everything will work out for the best. i have a question though... how is the car?! lol, i want to see some pictures of this craziness!

the car is totaled no doubt. we ran into the cars in front of us going about 70 mph. yeah....scary. and then at about the same time someone hit us from the front side. craaaaazy i know.

it was all over the news. mayt said he saw my car on the news and saw a stretcher and 3 paramedics on my side of the car.

WOOHOO MY TV DEBUT! just call me denzel, it was an oscar winning performance.

Hello, this is Piers's sister, Kyrie. I don't know you very well, but I hope you recover soon, pulling off wheelies the whole while.
