So, I went and saw The Hunger Games yesterday-AMAZING!  Do yourself a favour, go see it and blog your squees later.  I cannot tell you how much love I have for Woody Harrelson as Haymitch-it was beyond brilliant.  And I could go on and gush about Jennifer Lawrence, but there's not enough time.  PERFECT LADY IS PERFECT ( Read more... )

A) I have seen the Hunger Games! Actually I've seen it one and a half times. I went to see it on Sunday and I got sick halfway through so I had to leave the theatre. :( But I was feeling better yesterday so my BFF and I went and saw it and it was SPECTACULAR. Haymitch was PERFECT, especially in regards to Effie. I may eventually make a squee post because I am full of feelings ( ... )

A) Oh, and wasn't Josh Hutchinson the cutest little baker boy you've ever seen?

B)Oh my, my Buffy days . . . I was so prolific and so over ambitious. Most of that has been abandoned, and it's kind of sad since I had so many hopes for all of them.

;) Us fandom-hopping girls should stick together.

C) Funny, adorable isn't the word that most of my family uses . . .

Heh. Oh man, I totally understand!

My brother announced we had to move Easter (we are very powerful, apparently) to this Sunday so his wife could come and my first thought was, "okay, but you guys are going to have to clear out in a timely manner cause you know, GAME OF THRONES." Priorities, I have them. ;)

Wow, the power to move Easter. I don't even have the power to reschedule doctor's appointments (though that might be because my new doctor is a jerk who thinks I'm a hypochondriac and talks down to me about all my medical concerns-even though I've seen him like five times in the last three years and every time I had to go back to my old family doctor to get any sort of help, but whatever).

And I guess I'm going to Danny Bhoy, because my sister refuses to find out his Twitter for me and says I'm being all obvious-crazy instead of the usual crazy-on-the-down-low. I'm PVR-ing the premiere, even though the idea of it BREAKS MY HEART!

I honestly don't know why life won't just readjust itself around fandom-stuff.

That convo sounds hilarious.

But exposing my own ignorance here, what is Danny Bhoy?

AND OMG GoT Season 2 starts in less than a week! Which means I'll get it over here by the end of April!!!

Danny Bhoy is this hilarious half-Scottish, half-Indian comedian and I love him to pieces! I badgered everyone incessantly to go and see him, and now am getting the weird eyes for asking for a rain check because of a TV show.

Like GoT is just a TV show. People are so clueless.
