Actually, I watched the first two seasons, but I heard about the end of the fourth and... I no longer want to watch any more of it.

Duct tape! I didn't finish NaNoWriMo this year but considering my last attempt topped out at an under 10k word count and I made over a 30k word count this time, it was a definite improvement. Next year I will win!
