...I do not know the backstory to this one? But if it were me, if I had anyone (who wasn't family and didn't have Alzheimer's) asking me the same thing three times in a row when I said no each time - I'd kick into Lawyer's Kid mode and say something like "You have now asked me this three times. I said no. I'm not interested. Stop contacting me, please, or I will call the police on you for harassment."

Of course, especially if he's not being that scary, you could try a firm "I am not interested, please stop contacting me now" without the police first; you might want to do that and keep a record of it, so that if you do have to threaten him, you'll have evidence.

'I don’t want to be all bitchy to him because that’s so unlike me'If I may be blunt, some guys just won't lay off unless you're bitchy. They have no middle ground between "keep calling" and "go whine about how mean she was to my poor little feelings". ;P ( ... )

...so. Thanks for the advice, haha. He's not being creepy!stalker yet, just annoying!guy for the moment. I think I'll just ignore him for now and tell him to sod off if he contacts me again. I wish I had some of your "touch me and I will kick your arse" attitude... I'm too nice, lol.
