i just want to express how good it felt to finally get to the gym today and work out..
nice, sunny, beautiful day and i went to the gym bc i didn't feel like studying and boy did it feel great
i rode the bike for 20 hardcore mins and got my heart rate got up to 189..(could barely get off the seat afterwards bc i was so tired)

so i'm pretty excited about going home tomorrow.
we played with sea bass in aquaculture lab today and that was pretty cool
but by 'play with' i mean look at in amusement..they're so funny
they'll come up to you in the tank, stick their mouth out of the water, open it and shut it really fast (kinda like free willy) and splash water at you..it's so cool ( Read more... )
