Summer had begun almost a month ago but its effect has officially started to rub on most people. I've been really busy this past two weeks for several reasons but mostly, preparing for college. I've been in and out of the house every. fucking. single. day, leaving early in the morning and arriving around 6PM, at its earliest. It's been hard going from my previous high school then to the college I'm applying plus I'm getting side tracked a lot. The temperature also isn't helping because of the heat wave; making me sweaty and sticky and gross. I just want to fan myself every time.
I've also had problems with my college applications, which will only anger my mom when she finds out, and I may or may not get to attend the college of my choice. Fuck. Eating problems are appearing once again, as I've had terrible head aches and eye problems (idk if that is one of the side effects, so yeah). Every time food is in my stomach, I want to puke it all out (but I don't and endure it). Everyone is bugging and annoying me too-- not that I'm surprised. They all want to make me feel like hell and guess what? It's working. Anyway, this is how my week started:
Monday
Woke up around 5AM. Went out at 730AM. Met with classmate. Try to sell my new phone. FAILED selling phone. Did not eat for the whole day. Got home and went online until 1AM then went to bed. IT WAS NOT VERY PRODUCTIVE IN SHORT.
Tuesday
Woke up late and was supposed to meet friends @8AM. Got there on 9AM. Went to NSO to grab an original copy of birth certificate. Had to wait in line for 6 hrs before getting the stupid damn paper. Had two pieces of bread for lunch and nothing more. It was boiling around the afternoon. Had to go back to house and change. Meet again with separated friends (they sort of left me) and been ditched. Went home. Slept @12MN. Woke up @1AM. Slept @3AM.
Wednesday
Went to aunt's house. Got lost on the way. Found them after 30 mins. Stayed for 30 mins for nothing. Went to mall to see guy friend, who still had a class. Found him on a computer shop. Daniel you ass. Interview was on 330PM. Got there @ exact time and left again because I forgot something. Was back around 430PM. Application got rejected. Life was a bitch.
On those three days, I ahd to force a smile on my face because we have guests. I hate being obliged to do this and that.
On the bright side, when I was waiting for the dean to call me, several boys flocked around me, amused by this American accent I had. This is how the conversation went:
Boy1: Where are you from?
Me: Just here. In Manila.
Boy1: No, I mean, what country?
Me: Uh, the Philippines.
Boy2: Seriously? (they were all shock) But you sound like you came from another country.
Me: Not really... natural thing, I think.
Boy1: Do you like watching American movies and stuff...?
Me: Yes actually, it's where I mostly learn my English.
Then they asked me about why I picked their college when I could have applied to "classier" colleges so that I could enhance my "skills". I forgot what I replied. THEN, they were shocked to hear me speak in Tagalog and was like, "WHY DIDN'T YOU SPEAK INTO TAGALOG EARLIER?" and I replied, "Because you were talking to me in English." Yeah, that's pretty much it.
I can flirt. Will you look at that.
