I've gotten back into cycling lately, and it is rad. Today, I went with
havva from her place (1600N, 2800W) up to the Dice Dojo (5600N, 1200W) and back. I just mapped the route and it was about 16.5 miles. This time, I'm hardly saddlesore and am pumped as all getout. Biking is great

First you climb the rope, then you straddle, get upside down, hook rope with knee, then tie a figure eight around your butt and legs.
Then you put the loose rope in front of your shoulder, and swing from upside down to sitting up.
Last, you get in front of the rope, hold the loose end, arch and stare at the ceiling and try to hold that pose after you let go and pivot around that figure-eight to upright again.
Ow. Fun, but OW.
