Yesterday, I went roller skating and to a roller skating "quad speed class." It was fun, but I fell frequently and epically... and always in the same spot on my left butt cheek and left wrist. Also it turns out that I am an extremely fast learner with this stuff, but it is highly difficult to get people to teach a 29-year-old lady basic skate shit

That said, backwards does take work, get good form going forward first, then worry about backwards.
