So today I went to the Anti-Cruelty Society and picked up this cat. He is extremely rad, but Boo is a shitty name. Holy crap I need to brush up on my french. It's in there, it's just... rusty. I never could pronounce anything correctly en francais.

Today I made my first and first successful dredge-pan-fry food in the form of (extra firm, pressed and frozen) tofu. I think it would've been better had I marinated it in something first, though, since it just kind of tasted like the breading.
