So, I'm going to fill in the other 15 days hopefully over the next few, but allow me to say this:

The tour was pretty darn epic.

Chicago had a lot of rad energy. Many people, lots of goodness. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed after a nap and was kind of cranky, but I'm definitely not that way today. :D

Tonight, MADISON! I haven't been there since January, and look forward to gettin' down in the old hometown.

I worked today, I rock tonight, and tomorrow, Madison will rock. This is going to be rad.

Just got back from watching the Watchmen. I liked it, rather a lot.

I read the book when amaranthyne was nice enough to lend it to me in 2003, but I whipped through it in about two days. As a result, very little of it stuck. From what I do recall, though, the movie seemed relatively faithful.

Good times.

BUT! I will be using my tax return, equal to approximately one whole paycheck, to do two things. One is augment my meager savings. The other? Buy some derby skates.

Tomorrow night, The Gothsicles will be rocking out the Darkroom (on Chicago ave at Leavitt, in Chicago), alongside XUBERX, The Dark Clan, and Cruciform Injection! It promises to be an extremely rad time, one which you (yes, you) should attend.
