No offense to anyone who uses this program, but I think that "Four Square" on Twitter (and Facebook?) is the dumbest, most annoying application ever

OMG, that sounds so annoying. I'm glad no one I follow on Twitter uses that ap.

The only way I could approve of something like that is if the person used it to post things like

"I'm on the toilet"

If that were the case, I would have to approve.

That would be kind of funny if you could become "the mayor" of the toilet or the bathroom. :-)

I think you'd have to be "King" of the bathroom. The toilet would be your throne.
