I don't remember the Clex from Obscura but I believe you that it's there. I can't re-watch Quest too often because the chest carvings are just too graphic for me.
I haven't voted in my own poll yet because I'm not sure what my answer is...
My first thought was to pick Calling but I barely remember what it was about. Quest is too graphic for me. The only thing I remember about Forsaken is Pete getting the crap kicked out of him by the FBI. I guess I should re-watch some of these episodes!
I like Prototype, which is pretty rare for S6. But I liked seeing Lex's quest to create a super soldier - for once the show showed instead of merely said how evil Lex was becoming. And it was a good episode for Lois investigating the situation while Clark tracked her down with some help from Lana and Ma Kent. All told, a good set up for the S6 finale.
After that, I'd say Calling (Dr Walden wakes up and tells the Luthors that Clark Kent is going to rule the world), Oracle (Clark finds out about Lionel) and then it gets tricky because the eps leading to the finale tend to lack focus and/or action. I actually like Injustice, although that puts me in a distinct minority. I like Obscura for the Chlarky bits but it drags in parts too.
Prototype is not a horrible episode (IMO), I just remember it has not having enough Clark in it. :-)
I guess the episodes right before the finale tend to be more on the dark and serious side and my favorites tend to lean towards the more light-hearted ones.
I'm glad that you're a fan of most of these episodes. :-) I don't think I really hate any of these, it's just when I'm in the mood to re-watch episodes of Smallville, the ones listed above aren't usually the ones that come to my mind.
Although a lot of people think that Clark was trying to eat Lana's face off during those kisses under the trees, I do like that scene. I just wish that Clark & Lana got more than a few minutes of happiness before Clark's whole world fell apart.

I voted for Obscura. I have a special fondness for the early seasons and it's a great episode for Chlark.
