I found a recipe for a flourless chocolate cake which is gluten free... hmm wonder if Chelle would like this!

Ingredients:
1 pound Unsalted butter
27 ounces Dark chocolate
20 large Eggs, Separated
7 ounces Sugar
Powdered sugar; as needed

Directions:

Melt the chocolate and butter over a bain marie (double boiler).

Whisk the yolks into the melted

I think the recipe in the Super Food Ideas mag is better but I couldn't find it :P It's Cara's fault! She told me there was gluten free recipes in the SFI so I bought it and found the recipe for flourless chocolate cake and mmm it sounded good!

Also, there is a fat-free recipe that elli used once for Choc cake...it uses stewed apples instead and it wasn't bad at all...but it DID use flour. I have seen low gluten flour in the health food section at coles/woolies...

Low gluten... hmm somehow me thinks that low isn't really good enough for the gluten intolerant (me) but yes you can get gluten free flours too.
